1. The service

Stylette is operated by Altane, United Kingdom. By using Stylette, you agree to these terms.

Stylette provides AI-powered fashion and outfit analysis. Results are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI and are for entertainment and personal styling guidance only.

2. AI limitations

Style analysis is generated by artificial intelligence. The AI analyses visual information only — it cannot account for fit, fabric, occasion specifics, or personal circumstances not visible in your photo. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your situation. Do not make significant purchasing decisions based solely on AI analysis.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

Upload photos containing explicit or sexual content
Upload photos of minors
Upload photos of other people without their consent
Use the app to harass or demean individuals
Attempt to circumvent the content moderation system
Use automated means to send requests to the service

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

4. Subscription terms

Free tier: 2 analyses per week. Resets every Monday.
Premium Monthly: £6.99/month, billed monthly via Apple in-app purchase
Premium Annual: £49.99/year, billed annually via Apple in-app purchase
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
No refunds for partial billing periods, subject to Apple's refund policy
You will be notified before any price increase takes effect

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design, branding, and code are owned by Altane. AI-generated style analysis results are provided for your personal use only. You may share roast results on social media — please credit Stylette where possible. You may not scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit the app's output.

6. Your photos

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it. As stated in our Privacy Policy, photos are never stored — we have no copy of your photos after analysis.

7. Limitation of liability

Stylette is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or reliance on AI-generated results. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 3 months preceding any claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
