We do not collect your name, email address, location, or contacts. The only identifier we hold is the anonymous device UUID described above, used solely to enforce the free-tier weekly limit. It is not linked to any other personal data.
Your photo is not stored on Stylette's servers. It is sent over HTTPS through our API proxy (Cloudflare) to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis, used once, and discarded by Stylette immediately. EXIF metadata (GPS location, device model, timestamps) is stripped before the photo leaves your device. Anthropic processes the image to produce the analysis and, per their data policy, may retain API inputs for up to 30 days for safety and abuse-detection purposes. Stylette does not have a zero-retention arrangement with Anthropic.

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising.
As a UK user you have the right to access, delete, port, correct, restrict, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact altanestudios@proton.me.
Because we hold almost no personal data — no account system, no stored photos, preferences and history stored only on your device — most rights are satisfied automatically. Tapping Delete my data in the Profile screen wipes all locally-stored data from your device: your style profile, onboarding preferences, saved analyses, and your current weekly usage mirror. To prevent abuse of the free tier, the anonymous weekly usage counter held server-side in Cloudflare KV is preserved until it automatically expires within 14 days, and the anonymous device identifier in your device's Keychain is retained. Both are anonymous, are not linked to any other personal data, and cannot be used to identify you.
Stylette is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Your API key is never stored in the app — all Claude calls route through a secure Cloudflare proxy. Stylette's proxy code does not log or retain photo data. Cloudflare's underlying edge platform retains standard request metadata (IP, country, user-agent, request paths) for operational purposes per Cloudflare's policy.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, and the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
